You have a 30-day window from the date of receiving your purchase to initiate a return. The jewelry must be in its original condition, and you should return it with its original packaging. The refund or exchange request will be processed after the warehouse confirms the receipt and handling of the returned item.
Received damaged goods?
In the case of faulty goods, we offer assistance with a free replacement without the need for a return. Please contact us at info@matiers.com with your order number for a Warranty Claim. Upon receiving your form, we will facilitate a free replacement.
How to return an item
1. Request a refund or exchange by contacting us at info@matiers.com
2. Receive an email with detailed instructions on returning your item(s) based on your location.
3. Securely package the relevant item(s) and send them to us following the provided instructions.
4. Once we receive your return, processing will occur within 7 business days.
Exchanges
Exchanging your purchase for another item is complimentary.
- If exchanging for an item of greater value, additional fees will apply to cover the cost difference.
- If opting for a product of lesser value, we will refund the price difference.
